These Terms of Service govern the use of the Lesco site and its digital service channels. By browsing or requesting quotes, catalogs or samples, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions. If you disagree with any part, we recommend not using the services.

This site is institutional and commercial in nature: we present lines of cladding, brises, decks and panels in WPC and receive requests for quotes, catalogs and samples. Requests alone do not constitute a completed sale — sales are formalized by our commercial team through a specific proposal.

Prices, lead times, availability and commercial conditions may vary by project, volume and region, and are confirmed during service.

You agree to provide truthful information in forms and to use the site lawfully, without engaging in acts that could damage, overload or compromise the security and operation of our infrastructure, or violate third-party rights.

All texts, images, renders, photographs, logos, trademarks, layouts and other materials on this site are the property of Lesco or its licensors, protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization.

We strive to keep colors, textures, measurements and technical information accurate. Even so, images and renders are illustrative and may vary from the physical product due to lighting, screen, production batches and the natural characteristics of the materials. We recommend reviewing physical samples before final specification.

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over the content, policies or practices of those sites and are not responsible for them. Accessing external sites is your responsibility.

Lesco strives to keep site information correct and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or temporary unavailability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile, where applicable, or that of Lesco's headquarters, is elected to resolve any disputes, without prejudice to the rights provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
